Joining us as the new Vice President of Operations, Pankil brings a wealth of experience and leadership to our organization. Professionally, he excels as a Program Manager at Accenture, where he also leads the Asian Pacific Employee Resource Group for the Austin Chapter, demonstrating his commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace for over a decade.

Pankil’s journey with HC4A began in 2013, evolving from a volunteer to Operations Director, and eventually to Chapter President from 2019 to 2022. He has made significant contributions to our board as the Austin Chapter President, where he has led various activities aimed at fostering community engagement and support. 

Outside of HC4A, Pankil has played a pivotal role in the Jain Sangh of Austin, contributing to the establishment of the Jain Center in the city.
