Alok brings his vast experience as a global business leader to the pivotal role of President of the Board. His notable career includes leading roles at Dell Technologies, where he was instrumental in driving over $100 billion in annual revenue and received CEO accolades for top Business Excellence projects.

Alok has been leading ‘Cricket for All’ nonprofit initiative to expand youth cricket footprint in the USA. He founded World Cricket Initiative (WCI) to drive high-performance in modern-cricket leveraging technology & analytics.

Alok also dedicates time to mentoring young entrepreneurs at MIT and its Innovation Center, after his M.B.A. from MIT Sloan School of Management. His diverse expertise and leadership are set to significantly impact our mission, driving educational philanthropy and supporting underprivileged communities. He significantly contributed during his prior tenure on the board of HC4A through the challenging 2020-22 pandemic period.
